Shipping
Printing Partner
Prints are produced by our US print partner and will ship directly from their facility. Their printer handles the printing, packaging, and shipping processes.
Packaging
Prints are securely packaged and shipped in either a reinforced tube, a rigid flat envelope, or a box, depending on the size of the print and frame.
Tracking Number
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking number.
Domestic Shipping
All orders within the USA are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on the size and weight. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from when order was placed. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is an additional 5-7 business days.
International Shipping
At this time we are not offering international shipping, but we are working on it to enable this service in the near future.
Lost or Stolen Package
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and/or postal service. We are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen once shipped. However, we offer the option to reprint orders on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure your shipping address is correct upon ordering, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
Shipping Rate
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of the package and the delivery address. These rates cover shipping, handling, and packaging costs.
Returns
Please be advised that our products are made to order once payment has been received. We are unable to accommodate returns for prints. However, we will either refund you or resend you a new print under the conditions listed below.
Damages During Shipping
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 7 business days by replying to the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. Please include photographs and a description of the product damage. While we cannot control what happens during shipping, we will review refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please note that damages caused by the customer will not be accepted, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Should you receive the wrong item, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please let us know within 7 business days.
